General Policy
We thank you for choosing our products. Due to the unique nature of our items (including but not limited to natural crystals, energy candles, essential oils, etc.), and out of respect for the distinctive properties of energy-infused goods, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure the rights and shopping experience of all our customers. Please read carefully before purchasing. Placing an order constitutes your reading, understanding, and agreement to all terms of this policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For safety, hygiene, and the integrity of energetic purity, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:
- All opened or used essential oil products.
- Oils come into direct contact with skin. Once opened, hygiene cannot be guaranteed, and the product is partially consumed.
- All lit, burned, or scratched candle products.
- Candles are consumable items. Their form is altered after burning.
- All customized products (e.g., custom crystal bottles, engraved crystals).
- These items are made specifically to your personal requests and cannot be resold.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- These items are already offered at a significant discount.
- Natural imperfections inherent in crystals/raw stones (e.g., fractures, inclusions, surface pits, growth lines).
- These are the “fingerprints” of natural crystals, not defects. We strive to display their true appearance in descriptions and images.
Eligible Conditions for Return/Refund
We may accept returns/exchanges (for unused items only) or refunds ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- A request is filed within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags attached, and includes all original packaging (box, pouch, certificate, etc.).
- The issue is due to the following reasons that are our fault:
- Wrong item shipped (model/style does not match the order);
- Item damaged during transit (please inspect upon delivery and provide photographic evidence);
- Item has a severe physical defect that was not described (not a natural characteristic).
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: First, contact us via email with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/video evidence.
- Review & Approval: We will review your request. Any returns shipped without our prior authorization will be refused.
- Ship Item Back: Upon approval, we will provide a return address and instructions. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Process Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process a refund (to the original payment method) or arrange an exchange within 5 business days.
Energy Product Disclaimer
Our crystal, candle, and oil products are intended to support your wellness journey. However, their energetic effects vary from person to person based on individual constitution, belief, and sensitivity. The products do not guarantee specific spiritual, healing, or medical outcomes. Therefore, return requests based on subjective reasons such as “the energy doesn’t feel right” or “it didn’t work for me” cannot be accepted.
